Terms of Business

These Terms of Business govern the professional consulting services provided by Aurics Consultancy Limited ("ACL"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

ACL provides management consulting, data architecture, and technology implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Fees and Payment

Unless otherwise stated in the SOW, invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of issue.

3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

ACL maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Intellectual property rights for deliverables created specifically for the client are licensed upon full payment of fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of ACL is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
